My Nanny Journey
My childcare journey began in 2019 as a Nanny for a family with two boys, aged 5.6 and 8 years. We shared meals, did homework, played board games, enjoyed the outdoors, and swam together, forming a great bond that confirmed my love for caregiving.
Afterward, I cared for an 18-month-old bilingual boy for several months, and I have also cared for twin babies, a multilingual toddler, and a visually impaired infant, deepening my passion for supporting children's growth and well-being.
In 2022, I shifted my career fully to childcare, earning my Montessori Teaching Diploma and Caregiver Certification, and began working as a nursery teacher in a private school in Nicosia with six children aged 9–18 months.
In 2023, I cared for children aged 12–18 months, providing high-quality care, creative activities, sensory and motor skill development, and consistent communication with parents.
In 2024, I cared for 5-month-old twin boys, engaging them in sensory play, gross and fine motor games, puppet shows, and outdoor walks, always following their individual pace and encouraging confident growth.
Since last year, I have cared for a 7-month-old bilingual baby girl, incorporating tummy time, interactive games, mirror play, movement songs, and age-appropriate toys to support her development in a loving, stimulating environment.
Today, I continue to connect with families and care for their little ones, ensuring safety, trust, and growth for every child in my care.
